Art School
Finding The Right Path
After graduating high school with an award in art, I attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Although I thoroughly loved the creative atmosphere, I wasn't sure Fine Arts was the right career choice, and I decided to dabble in web design.
Beginning In Web Design
Jobs At The Comedy Club
Being a comedy club frequenter and already knowing some basic web design, I volunteered to do sites for comedian Tim Homayoon, and Adam Hunter, which later led to freelance work for comedian Bob DiBuono, Pete Correale, Steve Miller and for Dylan Studio Cosmetics.
It was in creating these web sites that I found my passion, and determined to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Art and Design at Full Sail Real World Education in Winter Park, Florida.
Full Sail Real World Education
Accomplishments and Awards
While attending Full Sail, I wrote several articles which were published on the school's web site, Propeller. On June 7, 2007 I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Art and Design and a second Award of Excellence (I received an Award of Excellence, Perfect Attendence, and Advanced Achievement the year before.) I was also hired for an internship with Propeller, where I helped build the design template for the site's department pages.
One Of Many Talents
Musician, Gamer and Crafter Extraordinaire
In my spare time I enjoy reading, singing, playing guitar and gaming on a variety of consoles. I also love arts and crafts: making scrapbooks, collages, marble magnets, crocheting and hand binding books are some of my many talents.
